A short, plain-language summary of the terms for using PathBrew. It is not legal advice, and it doesn't cover every situation.
The service
PathBrew turns text, articles, and images you provide into step-by-step tutorials using an AI model. It's provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated content can be wrong — verify anything important before relying on it, especially instructions involving safety, health, or money.
What you submit
You're responsible for the content you paste, link, or upload. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to use, or anything illegal, infringing, or that discloses someone else's private information without their consent.
Public paths
Paths are public by default, and paths created without an account are always public — see the Privacy Policy for what that means. By generating a public path, you're allowing PathBrew to display it in the library and at its own link to anyone. You can report a path that shouldn't be public, and we can remove it.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in access to your own account. We can suspend or remove access, or remove content, if it violates these terms.
No warranty, limited liability
PathBrew is offered without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated content.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself as it develops. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
